Homestay message
My name is Veronica. I live very near San Diego State University in City Heights. This is an integrated neighborhood (all races), near schools, shopping, parks, transportation. Rent includes everything except your bed sheets and bath towels. Utilities are also included (water, electric, gas, internet). We provide all pots, pans, utensils so you can cook your own meals, or if you prefer we can cook for you Monday through Thursdays and the rent will be $800. We will include breakfast, lunches and dinners. We are friendly, like doing hikes and being in the outdoors and are willing to take you wherever we go if you like. We can help you with your grocery shopping. We are open to other religions and cultures.
We are willing to help you with your homework for $20 an hour.
You are allowed to smoke outside the house. If you want to study hard, this is your house.
