Hi, My name is David and I'm looking for a Student or Professional to share my furnished, 2 bedroom 2 bath house. It's a really nice place and just a short walk to Wind and Sea beach, bus stop, village shops and restaurants. It's a short walk to the local language schools and a 15 minute bus ride to UCSD. 2 miles north of PB (pacific beach), It's a super quiet neighborhood and a great living environment, 1/2 block east of La Jolla Blvd. The house is comfortable, clean, and non-smoking. Laundry. Long term or short term ok. No pets. $800/month furnished, includes utilities. Available August 1st.
A little about me: I work from my home office and when I'm not working, I spend time out with friends, surf, play volleyball, and attend social and educational events. We do our socializing outside the home because we enjoy the house being the quiet place to come home to. If this sounds like a good environment, tell me a little about you!
