Homestay message
We have been hosting International students for 3 years now and love it!
My name is Loramy, I have 4 well behaved and respectful children (3 boys and 1 baby girl), ages 13, 10, 3 year old and 17 months old. We are active in our church a couple days each week, we enjoy going to the beach and my boys love to play soccer and the piano. Anywhere we go, you are welcome to come with us!
We live 1 mile from the Trolley and 2 blocks from the bus. It takes 23 minutes on the bus to get to SDSU and about 45 minutes Downtown by Trolley. We are also near Grossmont college.
If you want meals included, I charge $650.00 per month. I prepare dinner 4-5 nights a week. You are welcome to any of the food in the kitchen for breakfast and lunch as well and may cook if you desire to.
If you do not want meals or food, I charge $500.00 per month.
If you want to share a room with someone I charge $415.00 each person with meals per month and $315.00 each person with no meals per month.
We have 3 rooms open for students. Each room has a desk, chair, 1-2 beds, TV, linens, towels and wireless Internet. I have a washer and dryer for you to use.
We have 2 dogs that stay outside in the back yard only. They never come inside.
You can smoke outside in the front of the house and you are welcome to have friends come over. Our home is your home!
