Homestay message
For the past 10 years I have rented to students. The experience has been ideal for both of us. The room has a single bed, desk, dresser and has cable and internet service---Free of Charge and Utilities also included . You also have you own bathroom.
Also available is kitchen priveleges, air conditioning, community pool, washer and dryer. I live close to restaurants and shopping and major freeways. Trolley and bus service also close by.
I recently retired from the Unversity of San Diego but I work part-time for a cruise line.
I smoke, but only outside on my deck where I spend most of my time. So outside smoking is OK. I do not do drugs.
I am looking for a serious minded student who is responsible, trustworthy, dependable considerate and clean individual. No partys or sleepovers.
