We are looking for a roommate to rent a room out of a 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom two story townhouse with a garage and patio. The room is downstairs and includes own half bath. The townhouse has a washer/dryer in garage, BBQ, HD cable setup and wireless internet connection throughout. The community has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, recreation room, security monitored parking. The neighborhood is very safe and in walking distance from Mesa College, DMV, shops, library, post office, schools, hiking trails. Also conveniently located near buslines, several major freeways, and minutes from UCSD and USD. Call to stop by and take a look at the place.
