Dear hostfamily,
My Name is Theresa Strampfer and I was born the 8 th of September in 1994. I live in a small village called Stockelsdorf, which is near Hamburg in Germany. There I live with my family, my mum Susanne, who is 46 years old, my dad Heiko, who is also 46 years old and my sister Dilara, who is 18 years old. We have a little cute dog called Maia, which is a pug. Stockelsdorf is a small village with some supermarkets, three primary schools, a sports hall and some small shops.
I go to a High School, which is called “Gymnasium am Mühlenberg”. The school is near to my home, so I just have to drive with the bus about 20 minutes. In summer, when it is hot I ride my bike. My favorite lessons are math, English and geography.
I spend my free time often with my friends and we go shopping, in the cinema or just hang out. I love sport and I play tennis with my sister. In the summer I am almost the whole holidays on the beach, which is just 20 minutes away from my home.
I’m also interested in music, but I can’t play any musical instrument. I love pets, in my free time I often play with my little dog and when I was younger I had some riding lessons. On the weekend I often meet my friends and then we’re watching movies because I love watching some movies or going to the cinema. I also love to travel; my favorite journey was our USA trip ;-).
I’m not an allergic or a vegetarian and I have got some experience with exchanges because I had an exchange to Sweden for 1 week.
